At Enduriom Studios, we believe that the most powerful stories are the ones rooted in reality. As we kick off the new year, our team is in full mobilization mode for our first major production: a deep-dive documentary at WORLDEF Dubai, one of the world’s premier e-commerce events. 

The Context 

Our founder, Robert Indrieș, was invited to speak on three panels at the event. While Robert has been scaling businesses for years, the recent growth of Elkridge has opened up this opportunity to be on the ground in Dubai. For us, it’s the perfect chance to film the reality of a large-scale business event—not just the speeches, but the actual networking and opportunities that happen behind the scenes.

Preparation & Research 

The invitation came in late December, giving us just weeks to move from concept to a fully equipped production. So before packing, we spent time finding our direction. We looked into other business documentaries and articles for inspiration, focusing on how to ask the right questions. We didn’t want a generic video; we wanted a script that allows us to capture something genuinely useful for other entrepreneurs.

The Gear: Keeping it Real 

Since we’re traveling internationally, we chose a compact and mobile setup. Our kit is built around a Canon EOS RP with three lenses (16mm, 50mm, and 75-300mm), a DJI RS4 Mini Pro gimbal, and DJI Mic 3 Pro microphones.

We actually decided to leave the drones and heavy lighting equipment behind. We want to rely on natural light and capture the event exactly as the human eye sees it. This makes the transport much easier and, more importantly, keeps the documentary feeling authentic and unfiltered.

New Territory 

There’s a lot of genuine excitement in the office. This is our first time taking the studio abroad to document a major summit, and we’re focused on making it count. We’re ready to see what we can capture in the desert.

The bags are packed and the vision is set. The desert is waiting, and the story is just beginning.
